DNREC Enforcement Agents were called for 33 complaints and issued 32 citations last week.  A New Castle man was arrested for trespassing on state land at the C & D Canal and felony possession of a firearm by a person prohibited.  41 year old Theodore Buresh was arrested Tuesday and charged.  He’s free on a $3100 unsecured bond.
