Georgetown Man Dies From Injuries Sustained in Middletown Crash

Delaware State Police say a Georgetown man died Tuesday from injuries he sustained in a crash in Middletown on Saturday.  

Police say 20-year-old Mark Crossan was walking on Summit Bridge Road north of Marl Pit Road just before 6 a.m. when he was struck by a Dodge Ram 1500, driven by 65-year-old Howard Johnson of New Castle.

Johnson was not injured.

Crossan was initially taken to Christiana Hospital Trauma Center where he was admitted with serious injuries.
