The neighborhood watch associations in Ocean City gathered for their annual “Officer of the Year” recognition.  The 8 associations have selected Officer First Class Christopher Snyder as the Neighborhood Watch Association’s 2012 Officer of the Year.  Snyder began his career with the OCPD as a seasonal cadet and then was hired as a full-time cadet in 2003 - and was hired as a full time police officer in 2004.  Dan Donatelli, a 10 year member of the Montego Bay Neighborhood Watch Association, was also recognized during the ceremony
