State Police are trying to identify a woman who used someone else’s credit card to make purchases.  Police say a woman lost her credit card in a parking lot on East Lebanon Road in Dover on October 22 – and transactions began to amass on the card the next day. Over $500 has been charged to the credit card.  A surveillance photo of the suspect shows a black woman, 25 to 35 years old, wearing a black shirt, sun glasses and carrying a gold purse.  If you have information on the suspect’s identity – call Crime Stoppers.
