On Tuesday morning, a critical infrastructure protection conference will be held at the Smyrna Readiness Center.   Along with several state agencies and Delaware National Guard Major General Frank Vavala will be Delaware’s state partner – the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.  The purpose of the program is to engage partner nations at local, state and national levels through military, socio-political and economic avenues.
