State Police have arrested a Dover man who had guns and drugs in his possession.  Probation and Parole officials checked the home of 25 year old Franklin Harrison, who is a level 2 probationer – and a search of his bedroom turned up a fully loaded 40 caliber Glock handgun with 2 additional magazines and in his car officials found 12 packages of heroin and over $600 in cash.  Harrison is charged with drug and weapons violations and is being held at the VCC in default of $30,500 cash bond.
