Dec 18, 2012 -- 6:20pm

Jeff Wright of Wildwood, New Jersey was the 1-billionth customer at the Delaware Memorial Bridge today.  The 51 year old computer consultant was going to Wilmington to meet with a customer when he was stopped by the DRBA Commissioners and Governor Jack Markell and presented with several mementos for being the 1-billionth customer.  He was given a framed commemorative photo of the bridge, a copy of Bill Miller's "Crossing the Delaware," a souvenir silver Bridge token and $250 loaded into his E-Z Pass account.
