DNREC Parks and Recreations has compiled a draft plan “Delaware Outdoors:  Building an Outdoor Legacy.”  It follows trends in how we spend leisure time outdoors and how to improve outdoor recreation opportunities throughout the state.  Now DNREC wants your comments.  You can see the plan  at http://www.destateparks.com/2013SCORP   Email your comments to OutdoorRecPlan@state.de.us – public comments are due by January 15.
