Two Maryland men started the New Year by getting cited by DNREC Enforcement Agents for illegal hunting and trapping violations near Millsboro.  19 year old Brian Duke of Salisbury and a juvenile were cited for a total of 15 violations.  Duke pleaded guilty in JP Court in Georgetown and was assessed $1600 in fines and court costs.  The juvenile will have his case heard in Family Court of Delaware at a later date.
