Racers – time is beginning to run out to register for the Citizens Bank Caesar Rodney Half Marathon and 5-K in Wilmington.  The run celebrates its 50th anniversary on March 17 and officials say over 12 runners have completed the race 25 or more times – including US Senator Tom Carper.  The race benefits the American Lung Association in Delaware and for the 50th Anniversary are hoping to recruit racers from all 50 states.
