Chinese National Pleads Guilty to Copyright Infringement & Wire Fraud

A Chinese national has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit criminal copyright infringement and wire fraud.  The guilty plea by 36 year old Xiang Li was announced by US Attorney Charles Oberly of the District of Delaware and ICE Director John Morton.  Li ran a website that was used to distribute over $100-million worth of pirated software around the world.  Li will be sentenced on May 3 by US District Court Judge Leonard Stark.
