Dover Police this week arrested a 23-year-old Dover man for possession with the intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers arrested Anythony Hydro at his Pebble Valley Place home Monday afternoon around 5 p.m. A search of Hydro’s bedroom turned up more than 219 grams of marijuana.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail.
