DNREC to Hold Public Meeting on Proposed Building Demolition Near Seaford

A public meeting will be held on Thursday, January 24 so DNREC can take comment on the proposed demolition of a structure on new state property near Seaford.  The structure is on property on Woodland Church Road and faces the Nanticoke River and is in general disrepair.  DNREC wants to put up a public canoe and kayak launch.  The public meeting will be held at the Woodland United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall from 4 to 6pm.  Proposals for alternatives to demolition will also be accepted.  You’ll find more information at wgmd.com
