The teenager charged with shooting and stabbing two teenaged girls - one pregnant with his child -- and killing their mother is scheduled to be in court AGAIN this morning.
An initial hearing for 19-year-old Myles Lyons was scheduled for December 27, but was continued until today.
Lyons is charged with murdering a 39-year-old woman in Salisbury on Nov. 27, and stabbing and shooting her two teen-aged daughters. Lyons, who's in jail without bond, is charged with first-degree murder. He's also charged with second-degree murder, two counts each of first- and second-degree attempted murder, three counts of first-degree assault, three counts of reckless endangerment and firearm use in a violent crime.
Both daughters, aged 17 and 18, were hospitalized for about a week after the shooting and stabbing. The younger one, Nicole Jackson, was pregnant with Lyon's child when she was shot. The baby is fine.
