Gov. Jack Markell, Lt. Gov. Matt Denn and Attorney General Beau Biden will on Monday hold a joint news conference in Wilmington to discuss responsible gun safety legislation.

Safety and Homeland Security Secretary Lew Schiliro, legislators, law enforcement and public safety advocates will also participate in the press conference that starts at 10 a.m. in the Carvel State Office Building.
