A memorial service is planned for this weekend in Delaware for General Norman Schwartzkopf who died December 27 in Tampa, Florida; he was 78.

The memorial is scheduled for Saturday at noon at the Smyrna/Clayton Vietnam Veteran’s Monument in Smyrna.

Flags will be lowered to half mast. And there will be a prayer, 21-gun salute by VFW Post 8801 Honor Guard and then the playing of Taps.
