A Second Amendment Freedom Rally will be held Sunday at the Modern Maturity Center in Dover at noon.  NRA President David Keene and former NRA President John Sigler invite firearms owners and sportsmen to show their support for your Second Amendment rights and hunting heritage in the First State.
