For a third time, former 19th District State Senate Candidate Eric Bodenweiser is scheduled to appear in Sussex County Superior Court today for a case review hearing; the case review was originally scheduled for November 19, but was continued until December 3; his case was then continued until today.

Bodenweiser is facing 113 felony sex charges against a child.

Bodenweiser’s victim is now a 35-year-old Florida resident; he alleges that when he was between the ages of 10 and 13, Bodenweiser raped him on numerous occasions; Bodenweiser has already pleaded NOT guilty to the charges.
