Georgetown Woman Charged in Death of Nephew After Crash

A Georgetown woman has been charged for a crash that left her 2 year old nephew dead on November 13.  State Police say 46 year old Danielle Bobak is charged with first degree vehicular homicide, DUI and other offenses.  She was driving on Whitesville Road and lost control of her SUV in a curve and overcorrected causing her vehicle to spin into a tree and then overturn on the passenger side.  2 year old Lleyton Slate was partially ejected and was pronounced dead at Johns Hopkins.  Bobak is at SCI in default of $20,502 secured bond.
